These terms are a practical starting point for QuoteOps. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your contract or project. Project work may be covered by a separate proposal or agreement.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Who we are
TPMplastering trading as QuoteOps (ABN 84 291 086 748) provides digital platform and marketing services for Australian trade businesses. Contact: T.Mplastering@outlook.com, 0422 569 839, Albury–Wodonga.
3. Website use
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others' rights or restrict their use of the site.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site aggressively, introduce malware, or misuse forms.
- Information on the site (including package ranges and case studies) is general and may change. It is not a binding quote unless we confirm in writing.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a contact or booking form is a request for us to get in touch — not an acceptance of work. We may decline or refer enquiries at our discretion. Any paid engagement starts only when both parties agree in writing (for example a proposal, invoice or contract).
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, design and software (excluding third-party marks) are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without written permission, except as allowed by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable law.
6. Third-party tools and links
The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example Calendly, analytics or maps). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot lawfully waive as a consumer.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of re-supply, where the Australian Consumer Law allows.
9. Australian Consumer Law
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be excluded. These terms apply subject to those rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
