TPMplastering trading as QuoteOps ("we", "us", "our") provides websites, lead capture and related digital systems for Australian trade businesses. We operate from Albury–Wodonga, Australia. ABN 84 291 086 748.

2. What personal information we collect
We may collect:
- Identity and contact details — name, business name, email, phone, trade type
- Enquiry details — messages, package interest, preferred call times, and any other information you submit via forms or booking tools
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, and referral source (via cookies and analytics where enabled)
- Communication records — emails, SMS notifications we send you, and notes we keep while handling your enquiry
We do not actively seek sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act). Please do not include sensitive health, biometric or similar details in forms unless we expressly ask and explain why.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you via our website forms, booking tools or email
- Automatically when you browse our site (cookies, analytics, server logs)
- From service providers that help us run the site (for example hosting, email, SMS, analytics and scheduling tools)
4. Why we collect it (purposes)
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and schedule calls
- Provide quotes, proposals and services you request
- Operate, secure and improve our website and systems
- Send service-related messages (for example enquiry confirmations or lead alerts to our team)
- Meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations
We will not use or disclose personal information for a secondary purpose unless you consent, you would reasonably expect it, or the Privacy Act otherwise allows it (APP 6).
5. Direct marketing
We may contact you about QuoteOps services that relate to an enquiry you made, where that is reasonably expected. You can opt out at any time by emailing T.Mplastering@outlook.com. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Who we share information with
We use trusted processors to run our business. Depending on configuration, this may include:
- Website hosting and deployment (e.g. Vercel)
- Database / enquiry storage (e.g. Supabase)
- Email delivery (e.g. Resend)
- SMS notifications (e.g. Twilio)
- Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Scheduling (e.g. Calendly)
These providers only receive what they need to perform their services for us. Some providers store or process data outside Australia (including the United States). Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps so overseas recipients handle the information in a way that is consistent with the APPs (APP 8), noting that overseas laws may differ.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or with your consent.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic operation, security and analytics (including Google Analytics when enabled). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site features.
8. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure (APP 11). No online system is completely secure. If you suspect a breach involving your information, contact us promptly.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.
9. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you (APPs 12 and 13). Email T.Mplastering@outlook.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If you believe we have, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
